Dale's fifth short film, Dirty Little Secret, which she wrote and directed, was completed in November of 2018 and is making the film festival circuit. So far it has been selected as official selections at the Sedona International Film Festival and the Newport Beach Film Festival. It has also garnered an Award of Excellence from Best Shorts Competition, 2019.

Her sixth film, Entwined, is finishing up post production and will be submitted soon to film festivals.

Dale's fourth short film, The Dinner Guest, which she wrote, directed, and produced, is currently making the festival circuit. So far, it has screened at the Newport Beach Film Festival, the New York City Independent Film Festival, IFS Los Angeles Festival, the Ojai Film Festival, The California Women's Film Festival, and the San Luis Obispo International Film Festival (where it won a jury award in the Central Coast Showcase.) It has also garnered an Award of Excellence from Best Shorts Competition, 2019.

Dale's third short film, Unintended, which she wrote and co-produced, stars Jeff Perry (from the TV show Scandal), and has screened, to date, at the Sedona Film Festival, the Newport Beach Film Festival, and the Southern City Film Festival.

Dale has expanded her teaching. Besides her yearly stint at the Santa Barbara Writers Conference, she presented, for the second year, two workshops at the prestigious San Miguel de Allende Writers Conference in Mexico in February 2019. Two of the songs from Dale's play with music, Blue Jay Singing in the Dead of Night, ("Radio Man" and "Plays with Matches") have been named Finalists in the Great American Song Contest. Competition was tough, there were over 1700 entries from around the world! To listen to the songs, click here.
